How will my bicycle be delivered?
All bikes are shipped 85% to 95% assembled in a protective cardboard box. You will typically need to install the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel using the included tool kit.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all Omafiets frames come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty, while electronic components and moving parts are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Generally, sizing is based on your height and inside leg measurement. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more agile ride.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all countries within the EU and North America. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
