It's a crankset with a narrow-wide chainring to help prevent chain drop.
Made for a 50mm chainline. The 24mm spindle works with lots of different bottom brackets, and it can be converted to a 47mm chainline 2x setup by simply swapping the chainrings. Pretty good stuff.
