At Omafiets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your cycling gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and unused equipment. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original box or a sturdy shipping container, ensuring all components, manuals, and tags are included.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
